Now, first of all, I should mention that you can use any kind of glaze for your favorites and I’m gonna go with a honey glaze which is easy to make.

I will tell you how to make the honey glaze for your dish of precooked spiral ham.

You will need a small saucepan for this task. First, add ginger ale and then brown sugar, mustard, honey, vinegar, and Apple cider to the saucepan.

Then boil it till the glaze gets reduced by half and approximately it will take 15 minutes.

Do not run anywhere after keeping the saucepan to boil. Remember you need to stir it well without breaks.

Then take the saucepan away from heat and let it be a little cool.

Step 2 – Ready the precooked spiral ham

Well, now take your precooked spiral ham which you long waited to taste a bite.

You need to remove all the wrapping from the ham and take a somewhat large foil pan or a rack that is easy to handle during the process of smoking, to lay the ham.

Now you can either pull the slices of the ham one by one and apply honey glaze separately. Make sure not to separate them totally.

But, if you want to keep it in the same look until it is served, you can just apply the prepared honey glaze just all over the ham. Then look after the top of the ham at last.

Cover the ham totally with honey glaze or you can use any kind of glaze as you wish.

First, you should prep your smoker according to the directions mentioned by the manufacturer. Normally, you can set the smoker at about 230-240 degrees F.
